Paul brings over 30 years of experience in the financial services sector, beginning his career in banking before moving into Independent Financial Advice. With a genuine passion for all things mortgage-related, his wealth of knowledge enables him to provide clear, relevant advice to a wide range of clients – from first-time buyers to portfolio landlords and commercial businesses looking to grow.

Through Onesta Mortgages, Paul, alongside Alison, has also been able to pursue another passion: ensuring that everyone who engages with Onesta is treated with fairness, honesty, and collaboration – values that extend not only to clients but also to the fantastic team that makes Onesta what it is today.

Outside of work, Paul enjoys an active family life, is an avid Liverpool supporter, and can, on occasion, be found at the gym (he promises!).

With more than 25 years’ experience in the Financial Services sector, Alison brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to Onesta Mortgages.

Driven by a passion for delivering outstanding, client-focused service, Alison is dedicated to ensuring every client feels valued and supported. She provides clear, comprehensive, and honest advice, carefully tailored to each individual’s needs across all areas of property finance and protection.

As a trusted business within the Financial Services sector, Alison is regularly commissioned by the UK’s top family law firms to produce Mortgage Borrowing Capacity reports, which are presented to the Courts during legal separation proceedings.

Together with her business partner, Alison believes that ethical practice is the foundation of a successful business and places great value on the strong relationships they have built within the industry. A key part of Onesta Mortgages’ ongoing success lies in developing a team of like-minded Mortgage and Protection Brokers who share these values and align with the company’s ethos, both now and in the future.

Dan originates from Devon but has spent over 25 years working in the city of London. He specialises in larger house mortgages, commercial loans, bridging and development finance.

Dan’s extensive knowledge in the commercial sector is unrivalled, with a particular passion for development and land deals, alongside assisting high net-worth portfolio landlords to manage their extensive portfolio’s.

Outside of work, Dan is a keen retired rugby player, has 3 expensive children and occasionally tries to surf!
